Lorcan O’Carroll founded Tocal after a career spanning the full project lifecycle, from his early days as an electrician through roles as an engineer, manager, and executive across the oil and gas and engineering services industries. That path built a hands-on understanding of both the technical and strategic sides of a project, and shapes how Tocal approaches every engagement.
Lorcan holds an MBA and is a Chartered Manager (CMgr) and Chartered Engineer (CEng). He leads with a belief in continuous learning and adaptability, and a leadership style built on personal accountability, humility, and a people-first approach to change management, developed through a broad network across technical and business communities.
